Punctuality

Please arrive on time for confirmed appointments. Late arrivals may require a shortened service or reschedule.

Cancellation and reschedule requests should be submitted according to the notice window shared at booking confirmation.

When deposits are enabled for a service, they secure your appointment time and are applied to your final balance.

Share complete chemical, allergy, and sensitivity history before services begin.

Portfolio photography is optional and always tracked with consent records.
